Cornish and Parnell, solicitors for the company, maintained that the burning of Wet Tan was not a nuisance, neither did it give off any noxious or offensive odour.<\/p>\n<p>Fleshings and butcher\u2019s offal were widespread offenders, with each other with slaughterhouses.
